As an experienced Senior Programmer in our Poland Studio, you will be responsible for developing features in all areas of the game client and server, and have a passion for gaming.

Third Kind Games is an independent game developer based in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, the heart of the UK games industry. In addition we have now established a Polish office, which is a centre of excellence for Programming and works closely with the UK Team.

Third Kind was founded in 2016, by a group of industry veterans from many high profile companies such as Activision, Codemasters, Sony, Crytek and more.

Third Kind focuses on emerging technologies and greenfield projects, supported by a dynamic and creative team who are able to explore new ground in this ever changing landscape.

We are working on several high-profile unannounced projects, making Third Kind Games an incredibly exciting place to be right now. We are also setting new benchmarks for creativity in the games industry, driving technical expertise in programming alongside creative innovation.

We are always expanding and we are looking for others to join us as Third Kinders.

Our team is a diverse and welcoming group of people. They are collaborative, high performers who embrace ideas and knowledge from everyone in the Third Kind family, with the aim of developing and inspiring ourselves and our games.
